Today we learned about the different types of tectonic plate boundaries in preparation for our lab tomorrow. Please review the four vocabulary words with your child tonight so that they are ready for the lab. If they forgot theirs at home, you can find my copy of our class "notes" from today below. As always, I have asked students to dress appropriately for the lab tomorrow. Again, this is to build good habits for when we have labs in the future that require proper dress code. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. Tonight's homework assignment was simply to fill in the examples (one each) for the different plate boundaries. Some classes were already able to get the homework done in class because we had some experts that were able to share what they knew about the boundaries during our discussion. The examples they shared are included in the version below.
